How do I make a reservation?

How do I cancel my reservation?

If you would like to cancel your reservation, please give us a call at 310-606-9948 (7 days a week from 8am to 8pm EST) or you can email us at info@hyrendrive.com.

In order to cancel a reservation we will need the following items:

  • The reservation number
  • The email address that was used to secure the reservation
  • Last four digits of the card used to pay the deposit
Do you allow your vans to go out of state?

Yes we do. You can travel to any of the 50 states, but please let us know.

Do you offer unlimited mileage?

We proudly offer 200 miles for free every 24-hours you rent. Anything after that is just .79 cents a mile. We do not offer an unlimited miles package.

Do you allow one way rentals?

Yes! You can rent our vans for one way rentals between all of our locations. There is typically an extra fee to do so to cover our cost of moving vehicles around. These fees change often depending upon our fleet disposition, so give us a call if you are doing a one way and we can discuss your options with you. One ways between offsite locations can be arranged for an additional delivery/pickup fee.

Can you deliver the van to me?

We can and will deliver with 15 miles of radius from our locations. To get a detailed delivery quote please reach out to us with your delivery request. Please note that deliveries are subject to staff and vehicle availability.

Do you allow your van into Mexico?

Due to most automotive insurance agencies (including our own) not covering vehicles for liability or collision in the country of Mexico, we do not allow our vans to travel into Mexico.
